Sustainable Agriculture and Educators Training Program

The Sustainable Development Goals emphasize the partnership of all communities to work on sustainability issues together internally and beyond borders. One of the aims of the SDGs is to have no one left behind. With this, we, GFI, support this call by helping communities in developing countries to have access to training for sustainable agriculture for our farmers and environmental-related training for our educators and children.

Bounded by principles of research, we would be helping our farmers in finding solutions to their livelihoods affected by climate change and other environmental-related concerns. We, GFI, are partnering with the local community, government, and non-governmental agencies to provide the best benefit and farming solutions for our farmers. When equipped with knowledge of how to improve their livelihood conditions amidst the challenges of climate change, we believe a sustainable future can begin.

Moreover, we also aim to provide training to our educators where resources are scarce. Having no access to environmental preparedness and knowledge in responding to disasters escalates inequalities in society and the future knowledge of our youth is at stake. We, GFI, believe that educators of today are significant arms in transferring knowledge to children. Their vast knowledge is needed to educate and influence the younger generations to act responsibly and care for the environment and others, in general. Through proper training, together, we can make a sustainable change in society.
