We are executing project in collaboration with our partner organization. Our initiatives encompass identifying crucial habitats and establishing protected areas for birds especially the species included in IUCN red list, as well as collaborating with local stakeholders to enforce regulations and restore habitats. Additionally, we have established community-based volunteer groups to deter illegal activities and raise awareness among local communities. Furthermore, we engage in research activities and enhance the capacity of local stakeholders, including NGOs, through partnerships and training programs.
Our conservation project represents a collective endeavor aimed at safeguarding bird species and their habitats for future generations. Through addressing threats and involving local communities, we aim to secure their survival and contribute to biodiversity conservation.
Currently, our focus lies on conserving the Pallas’s Fish Eagle, also recognized as the Pallas’s sea eagle or band-tailed fish eagle. This species is classified as Endangered on the IUCN Red List due to numerous threats. Additionally, we are dedicated to the preservation of various Owl species and other endangered bird species that fall victim to capture by locals and poachers. We also prioritize other species classified as Least Concern (LC), such as the Red-vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus Cafer), to ensure their populations remain stable and out of the endangered status.
