The fishing cat is a rare wild feline that thrives in aquatic environments, displaying incredible hunting skills. Unfortunately, their numbers are rapidly declining as their natural habitats are destroyed, and they are captured by poachers. This project aims to tackle these threats through a multifaceted approach, including:

-Habitat Protection: Expanding and creating protected areas for the fishing cat.

-Community Engagement: Raising awareness and building village-based committees to safeguard the species.

-Rescue & Rehabilitation: Rescuing fishing cats from illegal capture, providing treatment, and rehabilitating them for release.

-Research & Monitoring: Conducting vital research and tracking populations to improve conservation efforts.

-Advocacy & Policy: Collaborating with local stakeholders and advocating for stronger protections for the species.
